Capital Plan for FY27-31
View allThe $4.4 billion FY27-31 Capital Plan makes critical investments across 321 projects, investing in every Boston neighborhood: new and renovated schools, streets, parks, playgrounds, libraries, community centers and public safety buildings. Taken together, these projects will support Boston’s economy and improve quality of life for residents by keeping City facilities in good working order, improving roadway and open spaces, and promoting a healthy environment and public realm.
